Went in to get a ring upsize and a charm reattached to a bracelet. Owner was very polite and did wonderful work! My ring looks brand new and fits great and the soder on the charm loop is very solid so I won't be worrying about it falling off again any time soon. Was about 50 total for both services (35 for the ring, 15 for the charm) which to me is a huge bargin. Will absolutely take any jewelery that needs repair in the future here and will be telling friends and family!

I came here with a necklace in attempts to sell it, not knowing truly what it was worth or the elements it was made of. They were honest in telling me I would get at least 3x more selling it online and even gave me an idea of how much I should sell it for if I were to do so. Hopefully I can return one day to buy one of their own pieces. They were super friendly & I appreciated the transparency!

Absolutely incredible experience at Plaza Fine Jewelers. This is truly a family-run place that genuinely cares about their customers. I came in to buy a ring and also have another one resized, and from the moment I walked in, they were warm, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. Abe’s knowledge and attention to detail gave me full confidence, and his honest and amazing service was above and beyond anything I expected. What really blew me away was the fair pricing and unmatched turnaround time — nobody else can compete with it. I left extremely happy with both pieces, and I’ll be recommending Plaza Fine Jewelers to anyone looking for quality work, honest pricing, and a team that treats you like family. Highly, highly recommended.
