They were honest in telling me I would get at least 3x more selling it online and even gave me an idea of how much I should sell it for if I were to do so. Hopefully I can return one day to buy one of their own pieces. They were super friendly & I appreciated the transparency!

I came in to buy a ring and also have another one resized, and from the moment I walked in, they were warm, professional, and clearly experts at what they do.
Abe’s knowledge and attention to detail gave me full confidence, and his honest and amazing service was above and beyond anything I expected. What really blew me away was the fair pricing and unmatched turnaround time — nobody else can compete with it.
I left extremely happy with both pieces, and I’ll be recommending Plaza Fine Jewelers to anyone looking for quality work, honest pricing, and a team that treats you like family. Highly, highly recommended.

I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund.
Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving.
I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well.

But I went to Plaza Fine Jewelry, after my boyfriend who was getting ready to propose to me told me I had 5 days and a budget to find our engagement rings, because he was very ready to propose! I remember staying up all night looking at sooo many different rings all night not knowing what design I wanted and I finally thought I found it on Brilliant Earth's website, I went to the store in person to go look, and their rings were not impressive at all, and actually a major disappointment, not to mention WAY over priced!! On top of all that, there was a 2 week wait for an appointment to speak to someone and I STILL wouldn't be able to see what the ring for my unique design would probably look like! I was totally lost, then I was upset, wanting to find my ring feeling completely lost! I decided to do a quick Google search, and figured I would go to check out at least one more spot! Saw the reviews online about Plaza Fine Jewelry, went in and within just a moment talking to Abe, I just KNEW this was it! He let me try on the different styles, and was able to show me samples I could mix and match carat sizes and styles! And quickly!!! I KNEW! Worked out a price wayyy better than online, but for the quality and elegance, and exclusivity of my unique ring, nothing could compare! And they told me I could have it the same day!! I got the certificate and everything to prove the diamonds were real!! And Abe and his beautiful family made me feel welcome and like there was no one else I would want to buy from!! I also got a lifetime warranty to clean my rings whenever I wanted for free! I ended up coming back and we got my husband's wedding band from there too!!! I believe ABE and Plaza Fine Jewelry were the only ones who could make my dream wedding come true! Rings and all! It was the best experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone they have a vast and beautiful gorgeous jewelry selection!!! They also have an AMAZING selection of jewelry outside of wedding bands and engagement rings!! My husband and I walked into Plaza jewelers on MLK Day and immediately we were greeted with a friendly welcoming smile by Abe and his Beautiful wife! My husband, explained to the jeweler and his wife, that our 10 year anniversary was coming up and wanted to do something special. The jeweler immediately looked at my ring set and said we can solder off the top of your original engagement ring and make it into a diamond pendant as well as upgrade your original wedding set by adding a beautiful 3 carat diamond! I was amazed at how within a matter of one minute, he envisioned this beautiful ring and pendant! He told us that he could have it ready within 24 hours and to my surprise, it was ready the very next day! I cannot begin to tell you how extremely overjoyed I was with what Abe envisioned for my Anniversary upgrade! Thank you so much for making this so very special for my husband and I!
