I had an amazing experience at Uptown Gold and Silver Exchange! William and Ellis were incredibly helpful and professional. I needed to have two of my watches adjusted, and they did a perfect job. They really took their time to make sure the fit was exactly right for me. I’m happy with the results and truly appreciate the great service. I’ll definitely be coming back to adjust more watches. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Uptown Jewelry! After searching for over a year to find someone who could fix my bracelet, Ellis was able to do it quickly and flawlessly. The sizing is perfect, the turnaround was fast, and the price was very fair. I’m so happy to finally be able to wear my bracelet again. On top of that, I learned they offer so many services—custom jewelry design, buying estate jewelry, buying gold, watch repair, and general jewelry repair. Amazing and sweet staff. I went in and found this beautiful wedding set that they were able to resize. I also had a gold bracelet fixed super quick (I went to other jewelers and they said it couldn’t be fixed). This is definitely where I’ll be going for all my jewelry needs. 100/10 recommend!
