Took my 3yo son for an arm injury and they were outstanding at every level. I’ve never left a review for a medical facility before but I felt compelled to leave one for PM pediatrics because the service was so exceptionally good. They were super kid-Friendly and warm and did whatever they could to help my kid feel comfortable and entertained while I filled out paperwork etc. The healthcare provider was great with my kid too and fixed his arm without him even realizing it. They are simply the best urgent care for kids.

I always love it here, especially since I have an online booking. It's even great. The girls are great in person. Super nice and listen to what your needs are. Very respectful and sweet. I love that the doctors are amazing. I love the way they explain things to you and detail to help you understand what's going on with your babies. And there's a CVS down the street which is makes it so much more convenient and easy to just go from the urgent Care and straight to pick up your child's medication. And I never even knew there was a pediatrics urgent care which is great. This accepts Medi-Cal so you don't have to worry about it for those who are on low income or have Medi-Cal also they do accept cash, patients and insurance. So your baby or babies are pretty much covered here

We visited PM Urgent Care at the Tarzana location for our daughter. I called ahead, and they advised me to book online which was great because we didn’t have to wait at all. We were attended as soon as we arrived. The nurse and doctor were very nice and helpful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Their response was also pretty fast. We were very satisfied with our experience at this urgent care and would highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful experience at this pediatric urgent care! The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my child. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made us feel completely cared for. It’s so rare to find a medical team that combines professionalism with such genuine warmth. We’re so grateful for the care we received — truly the nicest staff! Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. My son accidentally hit his forehead. We needed immediate attention, and I was impressed by how quickly we were seen. The check-in process was seamless, making it easy for us to get the help we needed without any delays. The doctor was incredibly professional, addressing our concerns with expertise and care. He efficiently treated my son's wound with glue, and I felt reassured throughout the process. I highly recommend this office for their prompt service and compassionate care!
