Frank, Cole, and Zak of Point Roofing and Restoration did an exceptional job on an emergency and complex winter roof replacement in Eagle, ID. The situation itself was incredibly stressful, but from start to finish they were supportive, responsive, and reassuring. They communicated daily about progress, addressed concerns immediately, and were genuinely thoughtful about my specific needs throughout the process. Their professionalism and level of customer service were beyond anything I’ve experienced with other contractors. I highly recommend Point Roofing and Restoration without hesitation.

I have been stressing about my 28 year old roof for years. I had got estimates that were super high. I finally reached out to Pointe roofing. The estimate was reasonable so I took the dive after reading reviews here. They schedule me one week out and had an amazing crew come out who were super quick, efficient, and respectful in every way. Got er done on schedule and budget! Thank you all, especially Scott and Ian, for helping us out! Completely recommend!

My house still had its original cedar shake roof from about 1965, and as the attached photos show, it was in extremely bad condition. Moss, rot, curling shakes—everything was well past its lifespan. Setting up the appointment was very easy. Ian arrived prepared not only to explain the options but also to do a thorough inspection so his estimate was accurate. His approach was honest, straightforward, and never pressured. Communication was excellent before, during, and after the project. The crew showed incredible work ethic—starting at 7:30 a.m. in the dark and working until after 6:00 p.m. to make sure the roof was protected before stopping. Only a few small details had to be finished the next day. The transformation from a failing 60-year-old shake roof to a solid, clean, and updated roof is amazing. The crew worked hard, cleaned up well, and the quality shows. I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Frank Beard at Point Roofing did a great job quoting my roof replacement. He helped with securing financing I was comfortable with and adjusted pricing to make it happen. I’d refer him to anyone I know needing a new roof!

From start to finish Nick at Point Roofing was excellent! Our first visit he traversed our roof and really assessed the condition; marking it and taking photos. This helped us make our decision and know exactly what we were up against. After our decision to hire his company the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Yes, it was noisy but only for 2 days! Two days to get our 4 plex roof completely torn off and replaced! The workers were kind and competent and left no mess! Nick checked in on the job as the workers began and finished their work. He returned again for a final inspection. For the inspection, he climbed on the roof and made sure the workmanship was completed at superior quality. In addition, he pulled down wires from old satellite Dish equipment, as I wanted. The entire experience was excellent and of high quality! I highly recommend Point Roofing!
