Installers were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Found a few minor items not initially aware of and those were addressed as well. Didn't try to upsell anything and were very polite. 2nd time I've used Polar Bear and will keep using.

If you're looking for a new aircon, this is the place. The unit that they put in works as well or better than they told me. John, the owner, is great. He's respectful of your time and stands by every word he says, just an all-around upstanding guy. The gentlemen that did the installation, David, was also outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile at every single opportunity. David has a passion for doing great work, and it shows. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Literally made an appt same day, got financed quickly and beautifully fixed in no more than 3 hours. Plumbers were nice guys! They did an excellent job.
