Overall great experience. Mr. Hernandez was able to work with me for my minor pool repairs. Replaced hot tub tile surround and cement/plaster rust holes and cracks on pool floor. Mr. Hernandez and his assistant are super friendly, professional and fast. I highly recommend his work.
First class service for pool pump repair. I called five companies on a Saturday; and Mr John Hernandez was the only one that responded that day. He scheduled me for Monday and actually arrived early. He is a really nice, reasonable man who diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He has years of experience, and he’s efficient. And, his two helpers were cordial and most helpful as well. John fixed a large crack in my fiberglass pool, and also repainted the whole pool. He and his crew were very professional, and hard working. We are so happy with the results!!! I contracted with Repairs by Pool John to fix a 10 foot crack in my pool. I could not be more pleased with the work John did. He was in time. Kept his word. Trustworthy. He did as he said he would and was extremely knowledgeable and proficient. You would not believe the runaround I’d received prior to hiring John. Great experience.
