Got a very nice piece of furniture here for a great price. The guy who works there helped me load it and made sure it was properly secured. Excellent service.

I've been to a bunch of used and vintage furniture stores around the Bay Area and this one is, by far, the best in terms of stock and selection at very reasonable prices. They have a selection of both actual used vintage pieces alongside new reproduction items. The reproductions they stock and have on display on the floor are surprisingly high quality if you're used to the type of stuff you'd find on Wayfair/Amazon/Overstock. The extra benefit is you get to actually check out the display models to evaluate the quality yourself before pulling the trigger. As for delivery, they suggest Lugg and setting that up is hassle free and straightforward as they frequently work with Lugg. A part of my purchase had to be ordered in (which only took a couple days), so when everything was available, I got a call from Poor Honey's letting me know everything was ready to go. All I had to do was take a photo of my invoice when booking the Lugg and I didn't have to go back in to coordinate the pickup - they took care of all that. I'll 100% be back as there were a couple other pieces that caught my eye when I was shopping for the dinette set that I ended up purchasing. Very satisfied with the whole experience and the set I purchased is beautiful.

Found the perfect couch. Loved the prices and the selection! Way better quality stuff you could find at ikea and way more in my budget.

I’ve been visiting their shop for almost a year, hoping to find a media cabinet to replace the smaller one I had gotten rid of, and today I finally scored a beautiful Room & Board (sturdy and heavy from early 2000's) piece for my living room. I first saw it on Instagram, called to ask if they could hold it for me for about 30 minutes, and headed over arriving at 2 pm. I purchased it right away, and they even added me to their same day delivery route, and so by 3:15pm, the piece was already in my living room. The team is so helpful, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions. The prices are affordable and furnitures are in very good condition and quality and others seem to be brand new. The furnitures you'll find there are very well taken care of by previous owners.

This place is a hidden gem! They really hustle, too, which I appreciate! I see them posting all over social media, too, and I found out about them through Facebook Marketplace. The furniture here is nice! A lot of it is straight out the box, and the used stuff is lightly used. I had contacted them thru FB about a couch they were selling and they were super responsive! I had a family emergency and the couch I had my heart set on got sold! But Poor Honey’s came through! They gave me a head’s up that another one of those couches would be available in a few days. So I swooped in on the day they told me to and I got my couch! I’m so excited. Thanks for working with me! Their prices are very fair if not downright deals! I used Google Lens to reverse image search the couch after I missed my chance on the first one and discovered that I could not buy it for less than $1,500-2,300. I got the couch for about $500 from Poor Honey’s! I don’t own a car so them being located so close to Fruitvale BART is a huge bonus! They use Lugg for shipping and you get a discount from Lugg when you say to pick-up at Poor Honey’s. So I’m saving on both the couch and shipping. I’m so happy and will absolutely be watching their social media posts for new products. I’m gonna tell everyone about this place bc it’s such a great store, it’s huge, they’re so helpful and they bust their butts in there!
