Came earlier than expected insurance app ETA. Technician was very polite and called me in advance to let me know he was a couple minutes away. I was surprised by his promptness because it was during a storm. He was very helpful. Would recommend again.

The guy was very nice and fast. It was raining any the wind was blowing hard. He changed the tire very quickly and I was on my way. I had to wait 2 hours due to weather, but it was lickety split once he got there.

The service provided was quick and took no more than 5 minutes. My technician was swift and efficient. That being said, I was given an ETA arrival time of the service of 9:23 AM and my technician did not arrive until 10:15AM. I was not notified about the lateness until I called at 9:40AM to follow up on the service. Upon arrival, the technician asked me to move my car up and away from the curb despite having a completely flat tire and there being a FedEx truck blocking the back half of my car. When I asked if I could wait to move my car until after the truck left the technician told me, “Yeah, I don’t have time for that. Just move the car.” The car got moved and the tech did an efficient job of the service asked. I just don’t appreciate the rudeness and the rush when I was the one left waiting.

Fast, convenient, and quality service, ETA was 55 minutes and they were there in 20-25 minutes. Easy change of tire, and technician was knowledgeable and very nice. After changing the tire, he checked out the spare tire and noticed there was some minor damage (which i would not have noticed until its too late) and advised me not to drive on it so much and have it fixed as soon as possible.
