A hidden gem the store's proprietor proffered to me, through which the cover alone, I must confess, my knees did turn to water. A cognitive connection, a cordial catch-up, and even a room in which to rest. All these things and more, can be found at Pop Fiction!
I adore this bookstore. There is a little bit of every genre you can think of. The owner seems to always be on hand and is so easy to talk to and ask questions. She helped to order a limited addition book for a Christmas present. The store is clean and bright. She offers gift cards and store merchandise as well. It is an all inclusive book store that offers that instant feel of feminine camaraderie. There is limited seating. She also offers fun get togethers.
Beautifully curated books of all genres! The owner was so sweet and knowledgeable...can't recommend this little shop enough! Fellow Horror Fans...don't let the all pink walls fool you...she has an appreciation of Horror too with an AMAZING selection! Truly a little something for everyone! Can't wait to shop again soon! 💜😁
Came in yesterday with my friend, and realized I wasnt in my usual type of bookstore. No Grisham, Silva, or Cussler here. All books are by women, people of color and LGBTQIA+. Owner couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. When I asked for help finding a book that shall we say wasnt afraid to be smutty,she right away picked a couple out and said they'd be a sold 5 Spicy Peppers...It's definitely a safe space for people, especially young people, who want to not feel shamed for living their best life. I hope locals discover and support this store. As a bookhound Im totally coming back.
I love Pop Fiction! It is so beautifully decorate, and such a fun store. The colors just make it so fun and inviting. The books are hand chosen by the owner, and she has great taste. Not only does she have your standard book tok picks, but she also has some very unique books. Since you can see her hand selection of other books you love, I trust these are great. She also has a good mix of hard cover and paperback the help fit within budget. I can’t wait to go back to see what other new books I can find.
