Luv the interior and how they’ve curated that I-D-G-A-F vibe! (Psst-ask your grandkids to translate if you don’t know what that means!) As a lifelong alcoholic since my milk drinking days, it is so refreshing to be submerged into a comforting den of bottles and corks. The winetenders really know their stuff, and can always recommend me a bottle whether I’m looking to unwind to carpet cleaning videos, or go buck wild at the local pig roast. Cheers, queers! I love this place. It doesn't get any better than buying local from here. I live a few blocks away and go here all the time. The couple that owns are phenomenal. Super friendly and always have great suggestions! Now for the wine.... They have such a great selection of wines and the owners have great descriptions and suggestions for a lot of them. I love how the shop is organized and it's a joy every time I go in there and talk wine, buy wine, browse wine etc.
Great wine store, I have been a customer for the 20 years they have been in 3 Ballard locations. Excellent European selection in addition to Northwest wines. Very knowledgeable team and a family owned business. Stop by and check it out!
Excellent wine shop with a diverse selection at great prices. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. We do a lot of our personal wine shopping here as well as gifts for friends and clients. They offer discounts on cases, and I typically will give a price point and have them surprise me. Always a treat to open up that box when I get home!
