I needed something special for my living room and decided to try Portland Furniture. The custom sofas and accent pieces looked beautiful in photos. The staff especially Dana helped a lot with sizes and design so it wouldn’t end up too big or too small. The sofa I ordered arrived soft and well-made, though it did take a few weeks longer than they first told me. But in the end, it was worth it the piece looks great. If they improved communication about delivery times, they’d be perfect

I love shopping at Portland Furniture! We've already purchased two accent chairs and a curved sofa for our living room, and we're coming back for more. I especially appreciate their friendly service and professional expertise. I highly recommend them! Dana is amazing to work with, she is literally helping me design my whole living room. Besides the furniture, she's helping coordinate with rugs, coffee tables, and accessories. She caught on quickly to what my vision is and is helping me achieve it. I'm so grateful! I've never felt pressured to hurry with my decisions, she's been patient and has gone beyond and above by taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns. It's nice to know there's a place where a person can buy custom furniture and adjust it to the size and specifications of our own home. Not only is it custom, but to top it off it arrived in five weeks, which is much sooner than other stores. This added value to me, since we had just moved and it felt good to have the living room getting set up. We've gotten so many compliments from our guests. One of my challenges was choosing a fabric color that would look good with the lighting and wall color in our living room. As part of her services, Dana offers to come to homes at an hourly rate. This was exactly what I needed to help me get through the process. Dana brought samples of different fabrics and colors and we were able to choose something by looking at it in the space where it would be used. She took the time to draw out a model version of the size of the furniture and how it would be arranged in the room. It all came together beautifully - we are so pleased. Thank you Portland Furniture and Dana for your commitment to excellence!

We've made multiple purchases from Portland Furniture over the years and will never go anywhere else. Great customer service and a wide selection of comfortable, affordable, locally made/sourced items. Dana is wonderful to work with and her prices were always lower than other places we looked. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience at Portland Furniture. Ordered a custom Biltwell couch (locally made) and the service was absolutely fantastic. No high pressure at all. Very attentive to questions and concerns. Allowed us to take fabric samples home to aid in decision. Couch was ready several weeks earlier than expected and the 3rd party delivery service was on time, courteous, careful, and respectful. Highly recommend!

Fabulous store! My husband and I had to furnish a 700 square foot apartment from scratch. Space and storage were paramount concepts for any furniture. Julia and Dana were exceptionally helpful with choosing colors and even wall art. Our new loveseat sectionals had ottomans that became tables and included storage underneath. The standing and table lamps from Uttermost were even better than the catalogue pictures. Portland Furniture even had unique wall art to brighten up the walls.
