the folks at PartyWorks are amazing! we recently used them for our Company BBQ and i'm so glad we did! i had a lot of questions and requests throughout the process, and they were quick to help and make any requested changes. every time i called with a new question or request, Jesse, Casey, or Taylor were more than happy to help -- excellent customer service. i really appreciate all of them for being so accommodating and helpful! delivery was seamless, and the attractions we rented were a huge hit! the delivery team was awesome and gave me a quick run-down on everything to make sure i could troubleshoot if needed and made sure to provide a cell phone number that i could call anytime throughout the rental to get help if i needed it. i would recommend PartyWorks to anyone looking to rent inflatables for their party or event.
