Took my PRRI amp in for some re-tubing. Did awesome work, pricing and time it took before it was ready to be picked up were both very reasonable. Highly recommended.

As many others have shared before, this review reflects my opinion on their customer service not their work. That said… it is very rare that I have seen a place of business treat customers with such disdain. Both phone calls I’ve had with them have been equally unpleasant to the point I can’t understand how they ever could get someone to pay for their services.

These guys do phenomenal work! One part later and I have my BD 1st gen T1 cans back in business! May need to wait in que a bit, but the work quality is worth it! Was conveniently located for pickup at their shop RIGHT NEXT TO the North Warehouse, about one week after performing there for my first time with Rhymewave. Thanks for giving my rare headphones life again guys!

Very helpful in restoring my vintage Oberheim OB1 to its sonic glory! Friendly too. I look forward to bringing in my 70s era Model D for a tune up. These guys are great!

Brought in a couple Averill 1073 preamps that were damaged during shipping. They not only fixed the issues from shipping, but improved the rack they were in and brought them back to original specs. Highly recommend this shop. Todd was great to deal with.
