Be very careful what you buy here. If there is anything wrong with the merchandise or you are a day over 2weeks in exchanging something they will not credit you. Very petty and poor customer service. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Went in today to look around while waiting for my dentist appointment and was followed the whole time. The store isn’t that big so it was very noticeable. I’ve been in the store a few times and have bought some jewelry and shoes but never the clothes but they always have cute things. Will definitely not be back after this experience and of course I was the only person of a different race in the store. I will say there was a young lady who greeted me and told me about the extra 20%sale.

POSH in Hillsboro village has always been my favorite store to visit, when I’m back home in Nashville. Not only do they carry the best brands, but they also have fabulous sales people. The manager Shaley, is beyond personable, and helpful is an understatement!! Kasey is also great and so sweet! Can’t wait for another successful shopping trip when I’m back in town. It’s refreshing to experience such wonderful costumer service. Shaley and Kasey made my birthday weekend. Thanks girls!! -Maggie

It was my first time purchasing. I've stopped in multiple times but could not resist the finds this time. My sales assistant had a winning vibe and was very helpful. The space was clean and welcoming as always and the rest of the staff seemed diligent and amiable. Looking forward to stepping out in my new treasures. Thanks 😊 Nashville posh!

I was in Nashville just visiting and figured that I would stop in the local boutiques to look for something cute for a special occasion. Luckily, I stumbled upon Posh and was welcomed by Joy, a delightful young woman. She helped me from beginning to end starting with taking the load of clothes that I was carrying with me, and starting a dressing room for me. She then gave me her opinions on the clothing which were very helpful. When I wanted to see how my outfit looked with heels, she rushed to get me the best option that the store carried, and offered to help me get them on. When it came time for me to checkout, she offered advice on accessories and showed me her recommendations. It was an overall wonderful experience, and I will be back to Posh when visiting again.
