I’ve been coming Positive Action for about 8 months now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in my progress. The therapists take the time to listen, explain the “why” behind each exercise, and tailor treatment to my specific shoulder needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Over the past year, I’ve seen real improvements in my shoulder strength, mobility, and overall confidence in my body. Positive Action has been my saving grace this past year! Edwin and the whole team is so passionate about helping you achieve your goals. I tore my ACL and the progress I’ve made here during rehab is next level. Edwin has helped me overcome various injuries both physically and mentally (mentally probably being the hardest). Edwin, Gabby & Troy are excellent PTs. They guided me every step of the way. I came to them having nerve pain in my leg in the middle of my marathon training. They shared their knowledge and helped me throughout my training with exercises and other forms of therapy. I was able to run my first marathon without any nerve pain and I attribute that to Positive Action Rehab. I felt like their support was so beneficial that I signed up for another 12 PT sessions because I’m a very active person and plan to continue running & playing pickleball long term. I’m grateful to be one of their patients!

Thanks to Edwin, Troy, and the entire team at Positive Action, I’ve recovered from a meniscus injury and returned to doing the CrossFit WODs I love—without pain!
