I wanted to feel strong again after having a baby, and looked into PT and decided to go for it it 6w pp, and it was the best thing I could've done for myself. I'm so grateful I found Dr. Amber and Uplift, because I feel like it changed my whole postpartum journey. The exercises helped change my body and strength level, challenging but quick and doable. PT is also so much more than just that. Lymphatic drainage massages, taping, dry needling, & cupping helped me feel and look better. All of it really helped me physically and mentally too. Dr. Amber is the nicest, super comforting & very encouraging. She's just the best and I'm so thankful for her. Will definitely be back after my next pregnancy journey!

I was referred to try pelvic floor therapy after experiencing some symptoms during my pregnancy. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive each time I visited. Dr. Erin was so amazing each session and helped me learn all about labor and different positions to try while laboring. I had my baby early and knowing all I knew from my sessions is what I think contributed to such a calm and successful birth of my child and have recommended friends who are pregnant to look into it and have shared my knowledge with others. I am so glad I signed up.

I cannot say enough good things about UpLift! I’ve been seeing Dr. Rachel for my pelvic floor rehabilitation after having two kids and the care has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, I felt heard, supported, and truly cared for. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me meet my goals. The clinic overall is welcoming, professional, and clearly focused on individualized, high-quality care. I’m so grateful to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for pelvic floor support or whole-body wellness.

I started going to Uplift Physical Therapy during my third trimester, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. Not only did they help me prepare for labor and delivery, but they also supported me in planning for postpartum recovery, returning to physical activity, and even navigating the physical demands of breastfeeding. A huge shout out to my physical therapist, Rachel, who has been nothing short of incredible—funny, gracious, and deeply understanding. She has a way of making each session feel safe and supportive while also helping me meet my specific goals. I’ve felt seen and cared for every step of the way. I’m still working with Uplift postpartum, and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made. Thanks to Rachel’s guidance, I’m on track to return to high-impact activities and feel stronger every week. Also, Bailey at the front desk is super sweet and accommodating—especially as I’ve had to shift appointments while adjusting to life as a working mom. I’m so grateful for the whole team at Uplift!

Recently started therapy at Uplift and it has been a great experience so far. I was a little nervous at first but Amber takes her time to discuss each step of the process to ensure I am feeling comfortable and educated every session. I have already become more aware of areas that need attention and improvement. The exercises and techniques have been useful. The office staff is very helpful and scheduling has been flexible and accommodating. It’s a slow and steady process but looking forward to see more changes soon.
