This business should be AVOIDED at all costs! I went in and told them what I wanted done to my laptop. It was two days before I received an estimate! But the estimate stated that a 1TB SSD & battery for $385. I never asked for a battery to be included in the estimate. The same day I received the incorrect estimate, I asked for another one. I had to call, it ended up being a week between estimates! I only got the 1TB SSD, I was charged $350 not including tax. For a SSD that wasn't a top brand & isn't even a Gen 5. They overcharged me, making easily over $120 profit! So not only are they slow, they like ripping off customers! Take your business, you have elsewhere, do NOT use these guys!

It can be very disconcerting and even traumatic when your computer with a lot of your hard work shuts down. I made a lot of inquiries with many different companies, and Darren was the first person who was upfront, honest, but most importantly, compassionate and gave me hope of the possibility of repair when no one else did. Also his prices are more reasonable than any others I encountered. Wonderful, comprehensive communication and service. If you're lucky enough to live in the Houston area, Positive Technology is a hidden gem! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my computer needs!
