I can't say enough good things about their service. My laptop kept crashing after Windows11. I spent hours trying google search fixes, uninstalling/reinstalling but it kept crashing. Top Tech successfully installed Windows 11 and I have been running it for a few weeks now. I was scheduled to pick it up and they called with a short delay to let me know that Windows had just issued an update and they wanted to install the latest for me. The price was very very reasonable and they kept me well informed. I will definitely use them again.
