Absolutely 0 stars for customer service, witnessed a mature staff yell and snatch floor clearance toy off a 4 year old child at pottery barn kids section that was following his parents as they were looking for a counter to pay - two mature staff that were acting bosses created a very hostile, unprofessional and uncomfortable scene when parents tried to question them over their conduct in yelling at the kid and snatching aggressively, staff threatened parents with security. I came here upset on the poor childs behalf, checked reviews and it looks like your WA staff have been reported in the past for poor customer service, snobbish service and racism all of which we witnessed that day. We left turned off completely as we didnt want service from such staff.

Had a horrible experience today during the clearance sale. My daughter’s friend leant on a table and was aggressively yelled at by a worker telling her to not lean on the furniture. We understood, apologised and moved on. We moved to the candle section when the same worker stormed over yelling at my two daughters and her friend saying they were rude and falsely accusing them of laughing at her. Absolutely terrible, unwelcoming customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I was at checkout in Pottery Barn and the lady this afternoon told me to pay at West Elm in malicious way. When I went over to West Elm, the staff took me to Pottery Barn checkout. There seemed to be politics at play. Staffs between two stores were in a conflict today between Pottery Barn and West Elm. Regardless, they had no professionalism as should not have affected the customer service. Bad impression on business.

We purchased a side table from Pottery Barn, and the stone on top of the table started cracking after just a few months, without any reason. We emailed them, and they agreed to exchange it for us. However, it took almost 4-5 months to receive the new one. Unfortunately, the replacement was faulty from the beginning. We had to go through the same process again, packing everything up and sending it back. They said they would replace it with a new side table again, but it took another six months to receive it. The new one arrived with a big crack on the stone top as well! We were incredibly frustrated and contacted them again, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s so disappointing, especially since the product wasn’t cheap, and the quality and customer service have been terrible.

I received notification that my parcel had been " shipped". A notice from Aust Post then described receiving notification but the parcel could still be with the seller. Nothing has changed in over a week. The email address supplied by Pottery Barn says it is not monitored and to call a number - which I did last week. The call went through to somewhere overseas and could only tell me what I already knew. As the seller has to be the one to raise a query with the post office, I wonder if I've wasted $800???
