I’ve trained at pmma for 6 months now and I’ve had only great experiences! Coach Adam (the owner) is very flexible, accommodating, and truly looks after everyone that trains there. I really enjoy the classes and the instruction is top tier. The pricing is also very transparent and more affordable than others gyms in the area. Can’t recommend training here enough!!!

Wonderful place to learn and train. The instructors/coaches are very helpful and full of knowledge. Even if you’re a beginner like myself you can still keep up and learn just as much as everyone. There is a reason this gym is rated 5.0 because it is just that good. The prices are really unmatched within the Cincinnati area which is a huge plus. If you try this gym out you will not want to leave.

I’ve been training at PMMA for about 1.5 years now, and I couldn’t have enough amazing things to say about it. I put off starting martial arts for about 5 years because it felt like an intimidating place to walk into. As soon as you walk through the doors here, all of that fizzles away, and it starts at the top with Adam’s infectious positive attitude that spreads to every single coach and every single member. The competition level here is elite and it pushes you to be better every single day. As long as I’m in Cincy, I’ll be at PMMA.

The staff at this gym took me in when I didn't have a home gym and made me feel like part of the family. I still maintain regular contact with people from the gym, which speaks volumes about the gym's community. The two main coaches possess a vast array of knowledge, and the team is diverse and extremely welcoming.

Expansive facility with an awesome jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, and mma program. This is a great place for both beginners and experienced practitioners of grappling/striking. On top of that, they even have a shower which is a huge plus for a jiu jitsu gym.
