Excellent location. Clean bathrooms and clean facility. Vending machines work. The Verkada Pass App works great for opening doors!

Great place to rehearse, collaborate and inspire. So many different styles and genres but it's all just music and there's a certain sense of inspiration there. The rooms are just rooms, their adequate and decently equipped with power, lighting & conditioning. I've certainly experienced a lot worse. But all n all. Been some good music made there. All for it! 👍🏼

I've had a studio here for 9 months. Great secure spot. I literally play here and write music whenever I want, 24hrs a day. Last night, I was there 3am to 4:30am playing everything. Cool place.

Great place to practice! The owner is awesome and always in a great mood when you can catch him. The AC/bathrooms work and the drinking fountain is always ice cold after a nice drum session. Parking is a bit hairy during peak hours, but there's usually plenty of spill over spots in the dirt next door.

Cool place to jam but very tiny parking lots in front and back for the size of the facility. Gets very jammed all the time. Wont let you park at hertz across the street or else you will get towed. Managers will ding you on your place if there's one crumb on the ground. Can't play metal if the manager is there. Good thing its open 24 hours and your stuff is very safe. You get to hear all sorts of music types there. A/C is always good with no charge
