This place is incredible! The building is huge, but it feels like you’re in a cozy country house. And the food was absolutely delicious! There were also three bars to choose from.
We recently attended a wedding reception at this beautiful venue. I had heard so much about how stunning the place is—especially the outdoor area—and was really looking forward to taking lots of sunny, vibrant photos. Unfortunately, it rained the entire day of the event. At first, I was disappointed. But as the rain lightened, we stepped outside—and it was magical. Words truly can’t capture how beautiful it looked. The wooden cottages gave the surroundings a cozy, aesthetic charm. We took couple and group photos in the soft drizzle, and walking hand in hand with a loved one through that serene, rain-kissed setting brought a unique sense of peace and joy. The outdoor decor was so beautifully done, creating a romantic ambiance that made it hard to even think about going indoors. But the indoor area was just as lovely—spacious and tastefully decorated. The white and pastel floral arrangements added a calm, elegant touch to the entire atmosphere. There was a well-appointed bridal suite for the bride to get ready or relax, and even the women’s restroom had self-care items available—something I found to be a thoughtful detail. The food was delicious! The menu included polao, chicken roast, lamb, vegetable salad, egg curry, mint lemonade, and an assortment of sweets like rasgulla, kalojam, and jilapi. The entire event embraced a cultural theme, and everything—from the setting to the ambiance—made it a truly beautiful day. The bride and groom both looked absolutely stunning. I send them my heartfelt best wishes for a joyful future together.
Prairie Hill Vineyard is at the top of my list for favorite wedding venues around the Wichita area. From the large and well lit getting ready rooms to both the indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions. It's hard to take a bad photograph at this venue and it offers so many resources for wedding couples and vendors like myself. I can't wait to go back and capture the next wedding!
We booked Prairie Hill Vineyard for a charity gala and we were beyond impressed and plan to go back again next year! Broc and his team were incredibly accommodating and professional. The price is right, service is wonderful, and it's the prettiest venue you will find around the Wichita area. Prairie Hill is not only perfect for weddings, but for organization events and galas as well!
We stayed in the cabin at Prairie Hill. It was a last minute stop on a road trip home. It was gorgeous spot and a very cozy and lovely stay. We got in late and had to get on the road the next day so unfortunately didn’t get to spend anytime at the winery, we will be back though! The grounds were beautiful and would be a very relaxing stay for a weekend.
