My sisters and I came to Precious Elements to sell silver flatware, serving pieces, and jewelry that belonged to our mom. Michelle helped us determine what was sterling and what was plated. Ashton took over to appraise the jewelry and give us a quote on everything. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Most importantly, they answered all our questions, explained their reasoning, and gave us honest opinions on what to do with the items they didn’t want to purchase. I would absolutely do business with them again.

Had the pleasure of doing business with Ashton. He was professional, quick and knowledgeable. I received a very fair price on the items I sold. I highly recommend this place, they give you top value for your precious metals. I will definitely be back, they earned a life long customer. Also it is worth mentioning the store manager, I forgot her name is very friendly as well. I received on the spot payment from her.

Great experience today at Precious Elements. To add some context, I have been wanting to liquidate some junk silver (1964 and older US Coins). I did not need to, but wanted to take advantage of the fast rising silver prices. Knowing I would have to accept a number back of current spot prices (they have to take the risk and make their money too), I shopped my silver around. Pawn shops were offering 20-30% back of spot, another jewelry/ coin location offered 40% back of spot and a couple weeks ago one of those traveling circus estate / roadshow events offered 66% back of spot. Precious Elements Jewelry and Coin offered a very fair 16% back of spot (I can't speak on future offers as it is a pretty volatile market right now). Done deal. Very fair, very nice group of associates and owner (also present when I was there). Thank you for a hassle free experience.
