Got a reasonable quote to have a new radio and backup camera installed to my 2007 Honda Accord after reaching out via Yelp. When I came into the shop to have the work done, Sayed said that because my radio was more complicated than he was able to assess, he was supposed to quote me $100 higher, even though I had provided the links to the products beforehand (because Yelp combined the two links I sent into one line when viewed on desktop, he wasn’t able to figure out how to click into them ahead of me dropping off the car). That said, Sayed was generous enough to split the difference at $50 and then proceeded to deliver excellent customer service - he was attentive, thoughtful, and even gave a personal walkthrough of all the controls and other tips to keep in mind when I picked up the car. I’ve been using the unit for a couple of days now and can say the installation was flawless. Would come here again and recommend Precision Auto Stereo to anyone.

I went here to get a rear view camera installed. Precision charged me $150+tax then sent me to Street Beat for the actual work. My job wound up being complicated because I provided the camera and they said it was defective, so I got a replacement. When Street Beat did that installation they charged me another $132 for extra parts and labor. These additional charges were not disclosed nor authorized prior to the work being performed or completed. The workers are super nice and they got the job done, but surprise costs are not cool.

Bought a stereo unit with carplay functionality for my sister and needed an install. She took it here and got it installed, which was done very quickly! It looked great and everything worked installed except for the carplay. She took it back and I showed them the wiring diagram that was specific to the adapter we needed for her car. They finished the job that same day. Everything works great, and the price was very reasonable. Good folks to get your stereo work done by!

Precision Auto Stereo was recommended by my friends who had work done previously. I own a 2013 Tesla Model S and am very particular and picky. I had a back-up camera system and back up sensors installed by Precision and let me tell you "these guys are awesome!". I had seen a few products that I brought up in the consultation and they knew about them and gave me the ups and downs of the products. They also gave me a few of their favorites and recommended I look into their suggested brands. I did my homework and I will admit, "these guys know what they are doing and they are right on their game". So, I made my decision and they ordered the products and installed it. Upon pick up of my car I have to admit, I was getting butterflies. When I arrived to pick up, my car was ready and looking more beautiful than I imagined it. The flush mounted sensors looked better than I expected and better than everything I had seen online. -Great customer service -Excellent selection of products -Professional - Quality installation services -Simply put, the best shop in the BAY! Frankie, Jamin and Sam - Thank you for taking car of my baby!
