I love it here! I went for the first time for a camera repair to my battery compartment and within 20 minutes it was fixed. They didn't charge me anything! The service is so welcoming and friendly and their inventory of all things photograph and videography is huge! I'll definitely be getting my film developed here.

Ryan truly went ABOVE & BEYOND in helping me secure the camera of my dreams. After a month of tirelessly searching, I finally found someone who was able.& willing to help me. Ryan listened to me, answered all my questions, and he called me back when he said he was going to. The camera I was trying to buy was the Cannon G7X Mark III, which was notoriously OUT OF STOCK everywhere. I probably called 100 places or more trying to find this camera, and it wasn’t until I talked to Ryan at Precision Camera & Video that I had any hope of finding this camera. Ryan got me added to the waitlist and three weeks later, he called me with the BEST news ever - there was a Cannon G7X Mark III with my name on it!! I had 24 Horus to come and claim my camera at the store in-person and of course, I didn’t miss my chance. Ryan turned my dream of owning this camera into a reality, and I am forever thankful for him. He provided me with the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much, Ryan!! For helping not only me secure a G7X Mark III, but for also helping my friend Kendall secure one too!!! You are our HERO!!!

This is a great store. They have new and used camera equipment for sale. They offer classes too. I picked a great camera and lens and thanks to my sales guy, I bought 3 new filters. They do get busy so bring your patience. You will probably want to talk and discuss your purchases too. Enjoy! And happy picture taking!!

Precision camera is the best camera store in Austin, and has been for a long time. They’ve expanded and now carry a wide array of A/V equipment, in addition to cameras. They also have a good selection of printers and printer paper, and a large selection of camera bags and hard cases. They have good selection of gimbals, and they used to carry DJI drones, but I didn’t see any the last couple of times I was there so I’m not sure if they still carry them. Most of the people who work here are very knowledgeable And this is a great resource if you have questions. They have a large selection of classes and a large, ever changing selection of used camera gear, including lenses, flashes, and bodies.
