Dylan Falkengren was a real pro at his job . He called and showed up on time. Answered and explained all the questions i had to ask him and was very good at his job . I have never had any problems with percision door services . I call them for all my garage door services. And will continue to use them. If you want a good tech, call and ask for dylan falkengren . Jose was great ! Cable broke day after Thanksgiving. Had someone else close door. Made an appointment to replace all the parts and upgraded motor with Precision. Very professional He spent time to adjust storage rack frames above coil. Very happy with service.

Very quick and friendly service. The service window they gave us was reasonable, and they have a system that automatically alerts you when they're on their way (and they call too). The quote and options were given up front and they had the parts on hand, ready to install. Our quote, safety check, fix, and maintenance was finished in about an hour from start to finish. Our tech, Alex Solano was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jose was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. He went above and beyond to explain the nature of the issue and the process of the solution to me. He also took the time to offer my neighbor detailed information regarding his own future garage door project. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality his professionalism and customer service.
