My first time using precision garage door services because of good reviews. Appointment made the next day and the technician Jose arrived exactly the time within. Jose is very professional and efficient. He is obviously experienced and knows what he's doing! Jose fixed the issues, walked me through the issues and how he would correct them, and did what he promised. Very pleased of his work and is highly recommended precision. Will surely use precision if I have any garage door issues.

My kids had ran into my garage door a couple of times and it was in need of some service, in addition to having a broken spring. I made an appointment with A couple of different companies and ultimately chose Precision garage doors,. I have to say I selected Precision because they deploy quality parts and service. When Rodney called-he let me know he was about 15 minutes away and let me know professionally . The professional arrived at my house on time in the truck in uniform and he gave me an estimate that included an invoice for how much I would pay. I quickly decided that I would take advantage of the fact that he was ready to do the work right then and there. I also was happy to see that when he did the repairs, He went over everything and showed me things that I didn’t know were wrong with my garage and gave me several different scenarios for how I could repair and or replace and the quality of his replacement parts were really really good because I had done my homework. I’ll just say, I was very impressed and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors service in the future. Darryl Walker

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday and they were able to fix it that day. David the technician who helped me was friendly and explained everything well. They recommended replacing some other parts that were old and worn out. It seemed like a reasonable and legitimate recommendation based on the door being old and likely not maintained by the previous owned unless something broke. Prices weren't cheap so I probably should have gotten quotes for the other services recommended besides the clearly broken spring, but that's on me.

Salvador Alvarez is the technician who helped us with the garage door issue.He is very polite and punctual. He did explained and showed us all the issues with the garage door. I got a new garage door system (lift-master latest 2025) with all the buff and sham with them, recently in August. Antonio Mendoza seemed a nice professional. A month into it, the nut on the handle that holds the door which moves it up and down the belt literally fell off after it closed. I called them at 8:30 pm (as on date) and they’ve scheduled a service appointment the next day afternoon. Too bad they didn’t have anyone to come right away. Secondly, although I liked the install, the tech should have verified that his design of placement of handle (which is on the strut of our garage door) actually is reliable and hold the cycles of open and close. That’s the only main component that needs the most sturdiness as it lifts the door up and down every cycle! Too bad they didn’t check that.. although I did question being an engineer for 30+ years myself. They need this “design thinking” not just techs that can tighten and tighten nuts and bolts or install a belt based system. I’ll report back once it’s fixed and a better design of placement is done, hope he can find a reliable sturdy solution. I have homes in other states and they do it all too well. I’m assuming in northern cal they’ll have the smartest people ? I’ll be happy to change the rating and provide a updated experience after an update and if this is resolved with sturdy operation for few months!
