My wife and I tried attending the MMA class for the two week trial class. When we got there, the dude at the front desk checked us in and then told us to go to the room to the left. It was very crowded and no space for us to join. There was one main instructor for so many students. Plus we didn’t get any greeting from the instructor or guidance on what to do. This gym was very disappointing and seems to care more about number of students and money than the new students. We definitely are not coming back.

I’m a 44 year old that has tried pretty much everything for health and fitness!. This gym is life and body changing! I cannot say enough good things about it! The coaches are fabulous, they actually care about you, and stay in contact! This place is a hidden gem in Omaha! I highly recommend, my only regret is we didn’t find it sooner!

Update: I kept coming to the gym even after the program! This team is amazing!! Below you can see my before and after pictures. Their 6 weeks challenge is a life changing experience. This is a small gym. Don’t expect it to have anything fancy. What they do well is teach you about the fundamentals and make you strong physically and mentally; you learn how to stay fit and strong in the long run instead of just losing weight in the short term and not being able to keep it off. If you follow just 80% of what Ryan teaches you, you will see great results. Mason is a great trainer as well. I highly recommend the place.

Been training here for 8 months and it's been an amazing experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the other member are helpful and the whole environment is welcoming. If you're an experienced martial artist, just beginning the journey or just want to get into shape and make some friends, this is the gym for you.

I started with their six week challenge program, which turned out to be the best decision I’ve made in years. The program was filled with other like minded individuals trying to better their lives & great coaches! Long story short, I’m now enrolled in their MMA foundation classes. They’re truly welcoming & really make you feel like you’re a part of the team. I would recommend this institution to ANYONE who is looking for a great gym to join!
