Decent gym, horrible office management. I got new creditcard (which I didn't update because I hadn't been there in 6 months). I then was told my account was going to collections, so I paid it. My account still got sent to collections and it is impossible to speak to a human for this company and their billing department for a resolution. Do NOT use this gym.

Its an OK gym. Equipment selection is fine. The place is extremely busy and that makes getting an hour workout in a challenge. ESPECIALLY when you have people just sitting on the equipment watching their phones instead of doing work - highly annoying. IMO they should bring in more equipment instead of having the huge turf areas that go largely unused. The men's locker room has smelled like garlic diarrhea for a week now. There doesn't seem to be a cleaning crew - men's locker room is disgusting. I did finally see a maintenance guy but he was fixing equipment, but probably should have been cleaning. There is water all over the men's bathroom sinks, and I think there is 1 functioning urinal. Gotta step up your game, Vasa.

This is long overdue and I've been sold since my first visit here. Since then I've been greeted with nothing but the best of the best between their professionalism, knowledge, and just overall great human "beingness" I am delighted that I made the choice to leave another organization for whom I had been with for over 15 years. It's coming over here I have encouraged about six or so of my friends to come at least check the place out. They have and now their members, too! Did I mention I was satisfied 😊. A couple of my fellas, Kent & Messi make you feel like I'm the only member here as I'm treated with the kind of courtesy one would expect from any organization that serves people. And then there's Luke another one of my number ones, Chessa, and a host of others - they're on my people and I'm thankful to be here.

The representative who helped me was very kind and helpful in a stressful situation for me. He had a very calming voice and understood my situation. He resolved me issue quickly and efficiently!
