They took me in fast and I have often been very happy excel for today I was left in a soaking bowl for 20 minutes no idea who is gonna do my nails then some nice girl came up to do my nails no introduction. She figured out the nail color which was great because they had the wrong nails color really loaded on the dip which I don’t like but anyway, it didn’t talk to me or anything, and it took a long period of time. I was in a rush. She was irritated with me, then all of a sudden looked at me and said wash your hands bye I tipped her anyway such a bad way to end a great place so I would say be careful. A great experience can end very badly. I’m really disappointed I like this place not sure what to do

The best experience I've had in a while. From the time I called to see if they were accepting walk-ins until I walked out of the door! The staff was friendly especially Diamond whose only been there 4 days was stellar. She was warm, and pleasant, she helped me pick a design and then she executed it flawlessly. It was a bit more expensive than what I like to spend but it was worth every penny!
