We had a great experience with Premier Plumbing! The girl answering the phones:making appointments was so personable and nice! She was able to get an appointment booked for us in less than 24 hours. Then Ray Perry was our technician. I got a heads up text when he was on the way, along with a tracking link. He arrived within the 1 hour timeframe I was given by the office and he was able to complete our work within an hour. We had a leak visible from an upstairs bathroom down through our living room ceiling. I was expecting the worst. He was so nice and explained everything so well. I highly recommend Premier and especially Ray!

Exceptional. Scheduled me for the next day but called with an opening as a technician finished early. He knew exactly what the problem was as to why my dishwasher was not draining. A new garbage disposal had been installed and a “knock out plug” was not removed. So impressed with Rays knowledge. Everyone was amazing from the first person I spoke to, to the lady who called to get me in earlier and to Ray himself. Highly recommend. They are probably not the cheapest as you pay by the hour but quality service and I’ll be using them for future needs.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Ray Berry for the outstanding service he provided. From start to finish, Ray went above and beyond to make sure everything in my home was fixed properly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. Ray didn’t just do a quick job — he took the time to fully inspect each issue, explain what needed to be done, and make sure everything was repaired the right way. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and the comfort of the residents he helps. Every issue I had was completely resolved because of him. Ray is the kind of technician who restores your confidence in great customer service. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Ray, for doing an amazing job and going above and beyond!

They sent out Ray Perry, he is very meticulous, he left everything spotless and clean, and that was the first time when he’s installed our garbage disposal he came and fixed our drains in the bathroom, then he came back and fixed the shower bathtub. He is a gentleman. He is so good. Left everything clean and did a fantastic job. I would recommend him across the board. He did a fantastic job probably one of the best plumbers we’ve ever had. I would let him in my house while we were not there. I trust him fully.
