working with premier was an experience for me as a first time homeowner having to have the roof replaced I was not sure on how it all worked and what colors could be picked. However, Alex and Colton were great at explaining the steps and had great communication at the start. My roof was completed on Halloween and then when I asked about my gutters I was told typically 14 days after the roof is completed. So far so good. However, when the 14 days came and went and I had not heard anything I was getting worried so I reached out and didn't receive any communication. Long story short I finally got my gutters done on 12/6 and I love my black roof and black gutters that just flow seamlessly. There were a few bumps in a long the way but nothing that could not be fix. I am happy with the resolution and will be happy to recommend the company to others. I am hoping I do not need to get a new roof for a while. lol. I am happy that we are finally at the end of the process.

Zach Lambert and his Dad John, recently helped in getting my roof replaced. Following the recent storm in our area, my roof was damaged. Zach was referred to me by a friend. Zach and John were responsive to my request for help, and had a quote for my damages within day. I was stressed and anxious about my damages since I had a leak in the ceiling. Zach assured me the roofing team would get to my project as soon as the insurance company approved the work. Both these gentleman were professional and reassuring. They were able to calm my anxiety and were great at communicating the progress of the project. The work went well and before long my roof and gutters were replaced. I am very pleased with the work. First time needing a roof replacement. John Lambert and Alex Vega made the process amazingly smooth. First coming out very quickly to inspect the roof after the hailstorm. Alex contacted our insurance office initiating the claim then scheduled an adjuster right after the inspection. Days later, the insurance adjuster and John with Premier finalized the work to be performed. I blinked for a second and next thing I know, Alex and Beau, the crew removed, inspected and replaced the roof in one day. I had no idea what I was stressing about. I guess because… I thought I should be doing something. But this whole event seemed to move forward automatically. We cannot thank Premier Team and crews enough for a job well done! Highly recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We worked with Premier Roofing on a roof replacement, and although Farm Bureau unfortunately did not approve our claim, the experience with Premier was outstanding from start to finish. Garrett, our sales rep, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the process. Wilmer, the insurance specialist, went above and beyond to help us navigate the claim—even when the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for. Their dedication and support made a tough situation much easier to manage. The roofing crew was fantastic—they showed up on time and completed the entire job in just one day. The roof looks excellent, and the cleanup was thorough. Highly recommend Premier Roofing for anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly cares about their customers.

Absolutely great experience from time our home advisor showed up!
