Best limousine service in Dallas – hands down! I recently used SA Limo Services and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, communication was clear, and they showed up on time with a spotless, luxury vehicle. An unreal terrible experience. SA Limo Services is an example of what no business should ever be when it comes to customer service. Excuse the length of the review. For anyone who's ok with receiving a limo no matter the quality of it, this is the place you want to book. But for those of us who expect quality and respectful service especially when paying a company over $1500 dollars, do not book here. The rep was very nice when booking (like they all are in these situations). But there was one red flag, I let him know several times I would like to personally view the vehicle before booking. Each time we scheduled a time to come see it, the day of some excuse would always be made by this company of why I could not see it at that time. But since he was so nice over the phone, I said if he could just send recent photos I will book. Huge mistake on my end. The first 4 photos below is what he sent. Looks great but I should have known better. The rest of the photos are what we actually got the day of. Looked and sounded like something that belonged in a junkyard. We refused service and asked for a refund. He said he would send another vehicle instead in which he let me choose via text. Then a few minutes later he said we couldn't have that one because it's booked. I immediately demanded a full refund in which he responded with a policy he made up on the fly saying "in case of dissatisfaction or unexpected issue we will gladly offer an alternative vehicle not a cash refund" Absolutely unacceptable. Bait and switch is illegal and no made up policy can cover that. Companies should not be allowed to operate unethically like this. I really wanted to work this out privately but this company refused to handle this properly and with decency and pay me back in full. This is the definition of buyers beware.
I rented a party bus for my daughter's 14th birthday party. The driver, Derrick, was so great and professional with twenty 14 year olds dancing and singing to and from our location. The company was very flexible with some last minute changes to our plans due to the weather. I cant recommend this company enough!
We rented a party bus from SA limo for a bar crawl in Richardson this September (2025). Sam was our driver. We had the best time on the bus. Sam was a great driver, funny and took pictures for us. We will use them again in the future. I highly recommend S A Limo! Their pricing is reasonable and they do a great job!
