It's at the top of the mountain. You wouldn't expect it, but it's up there. Eventually, the Golf course shows up and it has a Golf range, just like any other. The staffs are really cool and nice. You should check it out!
I’ve played Presidio Golf Course several times over the past couple of years, and I finally decided it deserves a review because I love this place. Every round feels a little different—the trees, fog, and light make it one of the most scenic courses in the city. The layout is challenging but fair, with a great mix of tight holes that reward accuracy and a few longer ones where you can really open it up. The greens are always in good shape, and the staff has consistently been friendly and professional. Between the beautiful setting, well-kept conditions, and relaxed pace, Presidio has become one of my favorite courses to play in San Francisco. If you haven’t teed it up here yet, you’re missing out.
I expected that I wouldn't be able to finish the 18th hole by setting an afternoon tea time. I even thought it was natural because the team in front of me had been delayed for a really long time. But fortunately, I managed to finish it. The tee box was not good and the fairway was not bad. However, the green condition was good, but the ball did not roll. It was very amazing. The wind was extremely strong, but the beautiful scenery and cool weather were very satisfying. Among them, I think the parking lot wind was the strongest... I'd like to visit you again next time at Ozan Time. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the Golden Gate Bridge, but I recommend it as a golf course worth visiting.
I was super excited to play Presidio golf course. I had a 1.5hr drive from San Jose and have never been. The group that I went with have and gave great reviews about it. The round that we were graced with on 8/18 was anything but that. The greens were a huge let down they were still in the process of being regrown after a punch with over grown long grass huge old punch holes and sand.( The picture I took on the 16th green was in better condition compared to the rest) Not once was this mentioned to anyone in my group of 4. No emails, phone calls or mentions in the club house. I cannot understand how a golf course that is at the price point of $130 on a Monday would not mention this. On top of this tee some boxes were in bad conditions perticuarly the par 3 13th black tee box had a huge dirt patch in the middle of it. The snack shack/ turn did not have any food except a Hoge sandwich which was very fresh and tasted good but lacking any hot food, which once again my group had previously been and said they had good food. They have a restaurant on site but you need to be seated to eat and I was at the golf course for the golf not the restaurant. The course has beautiful views and I can see it being a 5/5 stars however my group was very disappointed and saw a drop in quality. If you are close it makes sense to play this course. I would recommend against making the drive anywhere out of 1hr due to the lack of communication and the gamble of conditions. This round was a huge disappointment and I regret going I will not be returning.
Great local course. Very friendly pro shop that showed us around so we knew where to go on the turn, no one does that. Starters were great, gave some great advice and marked up the scorecard so we could reference it. We walked the course and it was a workout. Lots of elevation changes. Holes were beautiful. Conditions were great. Never saw the golden gate though, which I assumed we would but that's my only complaint.

Historic San Francisco golf with stunning views and championship play.
