She came in on her day off just to do my nails—something that already speaks volumes about her dedication and kindness. And let me tell you, she blew me away. Her attention to detail, especially with the shaping of my nails, was absolutely perfect. She used her in-house “Magic Dip” powder, and it worked wonders on my natural nails. It strengthened them beautifully and applied so smoothly—it felt light, flawless, and way better than any experience I’ve had with builder gel. Tya clearly puts a lot of thought and passion into her craft, and it shows in every step. The salon itself is stunning—aesthetic, calming, and designed in a way that instantly puts you at ease. The entire vibe was peaceful and positive, creating the perfect environment to just relax and enjoy the moment. But what really stood out was the genuine connection. Tya gave me one of the most uplifting and thoughtful conversations I’ve ever had—especially about God and faith. It was heartfelt, inspiring, and just made the whole experience feel even more meaningful. And after all that? She refused a tip and insisted the service was on her. I was honestly speechless. Booked an appointment for my dad who is in a wheelchair. Told them this when i booked the appointment to make sure they can accommodate. Noone tells us this place isn't wheelchair accessible. Doesn't even mention that there's a step with no rails. I should have second guessed my choice in the beginning when the girl who answered the phone was so openly sarcastic and just plain rude. Thanks for nothing.
