My husband and I booked the outdoor nordic spa for Valentine’s Day and had an amazing time! It was really nice to cycle through the sauna and cold air at our own pace. The session was about an hour and we got in about 3 rounds. The solarium was very cozy to relax in between as well. We brought in our own snacks to enjoy but they did have complimentary tea and water. We did a private session and the first early morning time slot so we were the only ones there. The spa was very clean and well maintained. They have a nice changing room with lockers to put your clothes and a very nice shower room to rinse off afterwards (you will be sweaty after the sauna). The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. This was our first time visiting but will definitely be back, highly recommend!!

Kristen has amazing hands. I always feel so much better after a session with her. The sauna is also amazing and the perfect addition to my facial massage and intraoral buccal release.

This is absolutely the best place to get a facial. Rachel is so knowledgeable and I'm so comfortable around her. She has a beautiful aura. I've been going to Rachel for a few ears now. I get dermablading and a holistic facial. My skin responds so well with whatever she chooses to put on my skin. I love everything about it. So grateful.
