Stay far away from this company they ran flex duct without the insulation that it already comes with didn’t insulate the metal duct that connects to the flex ducts either another one of the workers told me they think it’s stupid when they get calls like that than tells me why did i buy a house that wasnt insulated it’s not code to insulate interior walls but it is code to keep insulation on flex also they Connect the flex to the supply without a sticky collar just shoved the flex into a supply box if you want the biggest headache of your life by all means use prestige air also had to wait two weeks for them to bubble wrap insulate my metal ducts i work for an hvac company and ive never seen them run flex without insulation because flex sweats since it has metal rings i just don’t understand there reasoning for taking it off and running it like that my last pic is what I did myself attached a collar like it was already suppose to have

Great experience from start to finish! Shadi gave a clear, straightforward quote for our challenging install & Tammie kept us updated and on‑schedule about any changes and available options through out. The installers were incredible! Neil & Elliot really made this challenging installation happen! They created a well thought out game plan and got right to business with attention to detail every day. They were straightforward with expectations, and even took time to educate on the product themselves and energy saving usage strategies which was very appreciated. The system is running perfectly, and the whole process felt well‑coordinated from quote to final tests. Highly recommend Prestige and this team.

Shadi and Fatima were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced about the mini splits I wanted to have installed. The technician they sent, Ahmad, was also very professional and was able to install a condenser outside and 2 mini splits inside very quickly! (less than a day for my house). He cleaned everything up, took all the boxes and extra materials so I didn't get stuck with having to dispose of anything. Couldn't say more nice thing about this team. Very happy with the work completed!!
