The PrideStaff team in Roseville is amazing! I have worked with them off and on for about a decade or so. They work to find the right employees for the right jobs, and the right employers for the employees. They care about the individual, which I appreciate. I would HIGHLY recommend going through them as an employee looking for work.

I spoke with at least 3 different people from this staffing agency and they kept saying that for their client, they needed someone who has worked full time in the same field within a year. This is total bs because I've worked through pridestaff before and got a job that didn't relate to my prior work experience, so either they don't want to do their job or they're being defunded and just don't care anymore. Try a different staffing agency and steer clear of this one.

I had an excellent experience with Pride Staff. Joy, Mary, and Cheryl were all very professional, and Mary was especially amazing to work with. She responded promptly to my inquiry—within 24 hours of submitting it—and quickly connected me with an employment opportunity that matched my background and scope of work. Although I ultimately accepted a position elsewhere, I believe Pride Staff is one of the most effective staffing agencies in Northern California. I had reached out to 10 agencies, and this was the only one that made themselves readily available in a timely manner. Their team offers a wide variety of employment options, responds quickly, and operates with professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a job and hoping to start soon.!!

This company has done nothing but help me with employment. Even if it’s short few day jobs. Eventually they find you full time work! Creg, Mary, & the entire staff are amazing help. You do have to be consistent with calling them though when waiting on employment due to their high volume of people they are helping. But they are patient with you when you call to check up on jobs!! Love this place. They care about helping YOU. Whenever I need to find work again I’m going back to them! Highly recommend!
