So I got off of work, it’s around 10 something at night. My car wouldn’t budge. Like nothing. Just Christmas lights on my dashboard. I went to ask my manager to help me get a jump and it was unsuccessful. So I’m like yikes I’m probably gonna have to get my car towed. I called one towing company and they didn’t answer. So I called Primary Towing and this nice gentleman answered on the first ring. I was trying not to lose my mind because the last thing I need is my car not working AND having to get towed. He was so calm-asked me information about my car and status of maintenance things just so he could get a clear picture. Then he came to the conclusion that my manager might not have jumped it Correctly or gave it enough time He suggested that he go out and try to jump it before I went straight to towing it Usually my father helps me with these type things but he’s thousands of miles away- so my knowledge is limited, but I trusted his advice So I took his lead and said okay let’s give it a try He met me where my car was, had this cool self starter jumper cable instrument And my car lit up! She was running again!!!! The relief!! Oh my goodness He was so level headed and smooth He told me to drive it for about 25 minutes to ensure power works through the alternator And I’m home safe so his guidance was on point Thank you SO MUCH JOE!!!!!

Great customer service from start to finish. Working from photos I'd sent the day before, Cole showed up prepared, and handled a tricky job with a mix of skill, experience, and competence that was honestly pretty cool. Really nice guy, too, and he kept me updated all the way. Every so often you meet someone whom you can just tell knows exactly what they're doing...

What an excellent experience! I called and spoke with Joe, who got me set up to have my classic BMW towed. The price was reasonable and Albert, the tow truck driver, showed up on time. Albert was friendly and helpful and really took his time to make sure my car was loaded and offloaded with care. My car sits pretty low to the ground, and he had to maneuver the truck and the flatbed several times to make sure that nothing below scraped. It is obvious that Albert really cares about doing a great job. If I ever need another tow, I know who I will be calling… trust me, you should too!

Joe & Cole were a pleasure to work with! They were responsive, communicative, efficient and arrived early for my scheduled towing service. I was unsure if they had the space to maneuver my car out of the driveway, but Joe had me send pics beforehand and was able to confirm the job and price quote the same day I called. Cole came out the next morning and helped me jump the car prior to towing it and he clearly directed me on how to drive my car out and up the tow ramp for a safe and easy transport. 10/10 would use them again! 😊🙏🏽

I was stuck in LA about an hour from home when my truck started spewing smoke and coolant at 1:30 am when I called primary towing. I had received a price from triple A before calling primary but was told it would take two hours, and I’ve used triple a multiple times, two hours really means six! When I called primary towing no one answered but I was called back right away by joe, a very friendly and helpful dispatcher. They had pricing very similar to what triple A was charging however I was told I would only have to wait 30 minutes! Sure enough 30 minutes passed and almost on the dot Roger the tow truck driver was there to save the day/ night. Roger was also very friendly, we had lots of good conversations on my hour long tow home. Even after I arrived I was called by Joe to confirm that I had been dropped off safely and that everything worked out as best it could. I really did appreciate the customer service and prompt work of getting me out of this hassle so quickly. Dealing with you guys has been a million times easier and faster than triple A ever has been thanks again! Highly recommend!!
