If I could give this company no stars I would. I was scheduled for a chimney clean and inspection between 1:00 and 4:00. I never heard from anyone by 3:00 so I called three times with no answer. Finally someone called and said he would be here between 4:00 and 6:00. When the tech finally arrived, he said he was here for an air duct cleaning. Luckily I took a screen shot of.the special they were running to show him what he was here for. He was not a friendly person at all. He helped himself to my chair without asking if it was ok. I was supposed to pay $99 and he gave me a receipt for $100. I asked him if I needed to give him $100 and he said, "yep". I spoke with my neighbor who he serviced before me and he was worse with them. I will never use this company again and I for sure will never recommend them again.

Marlon and his team arrived at our home on time, and ready to get to work. They did their job, kept the work site clean, and kept us informed about his findings and how he treated any problems. I would recommend Marlon and Prime 58 to anyone looking for services related to cleaning and maintaining one’s home or business HVAC duct and vent cleaning, maintenance and repair included.

These guys just cleaned all the ducts in our home we just bought. The home was built in the 70’s and likely had never had the ducts cleaned. They came in and did an incredible job. They were very friendly and didn’t mind me peeking over their shoulders to see what kind of crud they were getting. They worked quickly and when they were done you couldn’t tell they were even there. And the house feels and smells so much better now. Could not recommend high enough.

Marlon and his team did a great job. I felt extremely comfortable with them in my home. They were on time and through in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend.

Marlin did a great job on a difficult job. He had to climb on the roof of the neighboring condo to access the outside exhaust to get the suction threaded down into the Dryer vent. After cleaning with the air a suction he came inside and loosened the Exhaust and used a shop vac to vacuum out the flex hose behind the clothes dryer. I highly recommend Prime 58 Duct Service for your needs
