My roof was impacted by hurricane Irma. I found out about Mark from Prime Roofing from one of my friends as she put a call out for roofers on Facebook. I’m sooooo glad I contacted him!!! He was very patient with me as I had several questions for him and I had to repeat some of my questions for my clarification. He wanted to make sure I understood the process. He explained the various types of roofing he offered and with his help and the help of friends & family decided on the perfect roof for me and I simply LOVE it!!! This weekend I’m going to power wash my house and then paint it to compliment my roof. Mark’s assistant was also fantastic and the crew that worked on my roof was awesome! Before leaving they made sure to clean up the entire area completely. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Prime Roofing does a remarkable job managing the 4Ps: PRESENTATION, PLANNING, PERFORMANCE AND PICK-UP. From the presentation of what we needed for our home, to the planning stages ensuring all the legal steps are properly taken, to the performance of the installation crew and finally the pick-up of the refuse, Prime was the best company. I know because the 3rd party company that picked up the garbage stated that they only work with Prime and two other companies. Thanks again.
