Steve, from Primo, installed my insurance required Moen monitoring valve. An excellent job done with extra attention to appearance, which was my big concern at the exterior location next to my front door. We had an emergency situation with our water heater. It was leaking and needed to be replaced asap. We reached out to Primo and were greeted by Jordan who knowledgeably, professionally and promptly addressed our situation. He came to our home that day and clearly explained product options, pricing and installation availability. Later that same day, he and Steven installed the new heater. Steven and Jordan were both incredibly professional and friendly. They were pleasures to work with and have in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Primo to friends and family. We will definitely use their services whenever we have a plumbing need.

I have been using Primo for over 20 years. They have taken care of small plumbing problems too rebuilding my furnace. They do excellent work. Their employees are always professional and friendly. I have two dogs and they always greet the employees. I always feel safe with their employees in my home. I will continue to use their services as long as I own my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Primo Plumbing is a great and honest company! We have used them several times and also recommended them to friends and family. We needed a new garbage disposal and Jordan was able to come out the same day. He was very professional and courteous. He replaced the disposal very quick and it works great! Great piece of kismet landed this firm on my radar! A family friend passed this information to me after meeting Jordan @ a local veterinarians office. I called and was able to quickly set an appointment (the next morning!!) and had all my issues fixed promptly.
