my friend came to this place based off of reviews. 2020 VW with P06DA code for engine oil pressure control circuit / open. it was specifically electrically calling out a solenoid that controls oil pressure. they’re methods of troubleshooting were changing the oil. when that did not work instead of swapping the solenoid they requested to swap oil pump even when we asked if they did oil pressure test and they CLAIMED oil pressure reading was good. they did not want to go for the solenoid. i told her get the hell outta there and she ended up going to a dealership which she was most afraid of. but they looked at the code said hey it’s your solenoid we actually have one on hand and had it swapped and her car rest in an hour. this mom and pop shop charged $250 for oil change and shitty “diagnosis”.

Edit- I'm not going to fully remove this post because I think its important that people know what happened here. That being said, after a phone call with the owner I learned a lot about what was happening at the time and with the employees. It sounds like I was a victim of unfortunate timing and Adam has offered to make it up to me now that he is more aware of what I have experienced. What I can say for sure is that labor and parts were resonably priced and the employees and reception were very helpful and willing. This is what happened in August 2025- I came with my 02 mustang to get my inspection completed and to finish installing my ebrake cables. The car failed due to a couple of issues that I agreed for them to work on. They installed the back left ebrake cable, replaced my fog lights, front disks, pads and calipers, and rear disks and pads, and then passed the inspection. On the way out I noted that the ebrake and brakes felt very stiff, which they told me was fine. Driving the car felt very unresponsive because I had to lay on the gas to get moving more then normal and found that the brakes didnt work unless I pressed the pedal as far as it could go at which point they would fully engage all at once. Either no brake or all brake, no in between. I made it about 5 minutes back before my brake warning light turned on, and its a good thing I turned around because while I was sitting in their lot all the brake fluid leaked out and my brakes didn't work anymore. To top it all off, my back left disk was glowing red from where the e brake had been stuck partially engaged the whole drive. I left the car there and had a buddy pick me up. Monday morning I received a call that the front right caliper they installed was faulty and they would repair it at no charge. They also claimed the ebrake issue was due to the back left caliper and they wanted to replace it. I informed them that I had already checked the caliper before and the part was fine, but they refused to service the car unless they could replace it. I granted permission and when I returned the brakes were working again and the ebrake felt normal. After talking to one of the employees I learned that the caliper was not an issue, but rather they had forgotten to tension the cable properly, so they charged me and replaced the part for no reason. Furthermore when trying to take the wheel off I found they had lost one of my lugnuts and replaced it with one of a different size. I couldn't get the wheel off and had to get a different size tire iron to remove it. Thankfully I didn't get a flat in that time or I would have been stranded. I did not contact Princess Anne about this issue because I was fed up with them after the brake debacle. About 1 month later one of the fog lights they replaced had already burnt out on me and in october I noticed the back disks they swapped and back left caliper have already started turning orange with rust.
Professional, reliable and trustworthy I trusted them for a pre-purchase inspection. They were attentive to detail, taking the time to explain every aspect of the car that needed to be changed and maintained in the future. That's why I was able to make a good decision and buy this car. 2012 CR-V. Thanks guys!
Princess Anne got my car fixed in a very reasonable time and was very informative about the issues. They are fantastic and an honest business. I highly recommend coming here for your car maintenance. Korey was great with helping get my vehicle back on the road.
