I’m extremely disappointed with this company and feel compelled to share my experience. In my opinion, this has been one of the most unprofessional electric companies I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service over the phone was rude and unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they couldn’t even locate one for me. I felt completely dismissed and ignored. The worst part was my experience on the road. One of their company vans drove aggressively and carelessly, cutting me off on the freeway, flipping me off, and not letting me cross the intersection when it was my turn. It was terrifying, unsafe, and completely avoidable. The behavior of their drivers shows a shocking lack of training and professionalism. Overall, based on my experience, both their phone staff and drivers are extremely unprofessional. I strongly hope the company addresses these serious issues, because no customer—or anyone on the road—should have to endure this kind of behavior. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I recently had Priority 1 Electric come out to fix an electrical issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Casey, the electrician who handled the job, was absolutely outstanding. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in a clear and professional way. His workmanship was top-tier, and he made sure the entire system was safe, reliable, and fully restored before leaving. The quality of service from this company truly reflects the leadership behind it. Don, the owner of Priority 1 Electric, runs an exceptional operation. His commitment to customer service, honesty, and high standards shows through in every interaction. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of professionalism and care from start to finish. If you’re looking for an electrician you can trust, Priority 1 Electric is the one to call. I am very pleased with Priority 1 Electric. Don sent someone out on a Sunday morning within an hour of me calling. Casey the electrician was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He was honest about the electrical issue and fixed it right away. They are reasonably priced and I’m glad I now have an electrician company when I need one. Highly recommended!

I needed electrical work at my home, saw wonderful reviews of Priority 1 Electric and gave them a try. Easy scheduling, heads up call when they were near, arrived on time. They understood the problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate and went to work. Clean, fast, fixed. Twice more I've needed repairs or upgrades. Each time was as good as the first (I cannot imagine better than perfect). Fix a switch, replace a fixture, upgrade to LED lighting... all done easy, friendly, and correct. I'd use them without hesitation for any electrical work.
