As always, Just Willis of ProActive Pest Control let me know when he'd be arriving to complete my quarterly service, arrived with a smile and warm greeting, asked if I was experiencing any pest issues in particular, and explained what he'd be doing during this service. Jyron took the time to go over my initial service treatment and explain my contract clearly, making sure I understood everything.
