I’m located in Tinley and I highly recommend this team, John came out quickly and gave us an estimate for our GIANT maple in the back yard to be cut down. He was friendly and accommodated all of our questions so we knew exactly what the scope of work that need to be done and scheduled us right up. Team of 5 came out and took the tree down like it was nothing they did such a great job I even gave them a few bucks for lunch since it was so much. Came back the next day as promised and ground out the stump completely. Don’t look elsewhere if you need a big tree cut down these are you guys! 5+ Stars well done!

I used Pro Tree Service to remove a tree that fell on my house. Came out, gave me the estimate quickly, schedule and showed up on time. Everyone I dealt with were Extremely polite. The work crew tried to not block the driveway, but it they did not have a choice with the way my driveway is set-up. They were careful to keep everything out of the neighbors yard and when removing from the roof did not drop nor damage the house further. Used a leaf blower on everything to remove sawdust and every scrap of the tree debris was removed. Very respectful crew, I would recommend them and use them again.

I truly appreciate John and his team for coming out and taking care of this disaster mess that my insurance was giving me a runaround for. John's level of professionalism and just outright kind spirit was PHENOMENAL!!!! Personally I was dealing with alot and I don't know if John knew that but I guess he kind of sense it. He was very reasonable and even set up payment plans with him. He wasn't like the others that was just trying to collect huge amount of money. Let me tell yall, if yall need any services done with tree removal look no further because John and his team was superb!!!. Definitely if yall hire John and his team make sure to do referrals. Literally while John and his team took care of 3 huge trees in my backyard, my neighbors wanted his information right away. It was a pleasure working with him and his team Definitely got like 3 more trees in the back and if anything was to happen to them then John and his team will be on it!!!
