I ordered a bounce house for my son’s birthday. This company I have used previously due to their great pricing and availability. My bounce house was not available the day it was due so they upgraded me without charging me. I thought that was wonderful customer service but that is why I can only provide 4 stars. My original plan was to have a different bounce house and this threw off my party planning. Otherwise, amazing! Reliable, easy to contact and friendly set up crew. Would recommend them!
