I have spent a lot of time working with Procoat painting of San Diego. Out here in East County San Diego in the Mount helix area. I have seen them prepare and apply the exterior paint the trenching and all of the details I did on my Home was wonderful. I really appreciated them being patient with me while I pick the colors And the paint quality was exceptional. Was glad I upgraded to the duration. Mike and his crew were clean and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

We have a custom ranch style home in La mesa, Mt Helix area. We picked Procoat Painting San Diego because they were honest and were very experienced with custom homes. The price was fair for our expectation of the work needed and they were very thorough from the beginning to the end and paid attention to all the details and made sure that we were very happy with the outcome throughout the whole process. They’re very communicative and passionate about their work. From the estimate to prep to final touch ups each employee was a pleasure to work with and professional. Highly recommend.

Procoat recently completed the exterior painting of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Michael, the project manager, was fantastic—easy to work with, communicative, and incredibly helpful. He was referred to me by a friend, and I’m so glad she did! My house hadn’t been painted since it was built in 2002, and he helped me choose updated HOA-approved colors that completely refreshed the look. His input made the decision process so much easier. The crew was friendly, professional, and thorough. They explained each step—power washing, stucco repair, meticulous prep—and it shows in the final result. Michael stopped by daily and has an eagle eye for detail, making sure everything was perfect. I’m so happy with how it turned out—I was literally jumping for joy when it was done! It truly makes coming home a pleasure. My neighbors have even stopped to compliment the transformation. I’ll absolutely use Procoat for all of my future painting needs. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Procoat Painting! Mike and Shane were fantastic—attentive to our questions and ideas, and always ready with helpful suggestions when needed. They worked efficiently, finishing the job on time and within budget. Since we needed everything completed before scheduled photos, their reliability was absolutely crucial. Ace did a great job during the initial walkthrough, thoroughly explaining the scope of work and breaking down the details of the quote. We also had some carpentry work done on our deck, and Procoat was able to coordinate a skilled carpenter at a very reasonable price, seamlessly incorporating it into the project timeline. The whole team was very professional throughout the entire experience. They treated our property with the utmost respect. Highly recommend!
