Freddy and his team deserve more than 5 stars. Seriously! I didn’t know anything about purchasing a home and with the help of team Prodigy, they emailed and messaged details on every step along with detailed videos. Of course they gave me homework and I had to turn it in. You as a homebuyer have to work to get what you want. Team Prodigy made home buying beyond easy. Words cannot express how organized this team is and works. I highly recommend them!! They remind me of me and my team in the cath lab-our goal is our patient to save a life and get them stable to go home. Team Prodigy never gave up on me and assisted me in every step. I am a natural skeptic and shopped around to compare rates. I talked to at least a dozen home lenders. Ultimately decided on Freddy and he did not disappoint. He matched the best rate from a competing lender with a lower PMI and also got the appraisal done so quickly our real estate agent was surprised. When it came time to close, the title company was already familiar with Freddy and there were no issues. Freddy keeps his word and has already established a relationship with most local services to ensure a fast and smooth process. I will gladly work with Freddy again in the future.
