I've been using Proledge for over two years now and couldn't be happier. My rep, Wendy, has been reliable and easy to work with. It has taken a lot of the load off of doing Quickbooks accounting that I really needed with my busy life. They are also reasonably priced!

Update: I sold my business in 2018 and started a new one in 2020. One of the first things I did was contact ProLedge to renew my working relationship with them based on my previous experience. I requested that Tracey Marshall be assigned to my account and she was joined by Jana Clay who's equally as responsive and professional as Tracey. I really appreciate the nice work they do for me each month with my financial reports. I have recommended ProLedge to my small business friends and will continue to do so! I have used ProLedge as the bookkeeper for my small business for nearly two years and they are GREAT! Tracey Marshall, my account manager, is easy to work with, efficient, communicative, and responsive to my requests. We have the process down to where I simply send her my business report summaries and bank and credit card statements at the first of each month and she prepares and delivers my GL, P&L, and balance sheet usually within a week. She also delegates appropriately work that can be handled by one of her bookkeepers to keep my service costs down. My CPA has also been impressed when I've provided him my records prepared by ProLedge when tax time comes around. Overall, I am very satisfied with the professional and affordable services I receive from ProLedge and recommend them to any small business owner in need of bookkeeping services!
